I played piano for 5 years then switched to drums when I was 13, rhythm was always the main drive for me. Almost completely self taught, I studied for two years then focused on playing along with the albums of my favourite drummers: Dave Weckl, Vinnie Colaiuta, Steve Smith, Nate Smith, Gary Novak, Jojo Mayer, Antonio Sanchez and others. After graduating as Multimedia and Audiovisuals Technician I decided to focus on music, began studying again and attended masterclasses with John Riley, Jojo Mayer, Dave Weckl, Akira Jimbo, Christian Meyer and others; I just left my job to become a professional drummer and musician.
